Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing priAviate. We strive to provide premium aviation experiences with the highest levels of safety, service, and reliability. Due to the specialised nature of aviation operations, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how bookings, changes, and refunds are managed.

 

1. General Terms

 

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or deposit.

Aviation activities depend on weather, regulatory conditions, aircraft availability, and operational factors.

priAviate reserves the right to reschedule flights for safety or compliance reasons.

2. Cancellation by Customer

 

2.1 Experience Flights (Discovery Flight, Wings of Discovery, Fun Flights, Helicopter Tours)

 

More than 14 days before the flight:

Full refund or 100% credit for future booking.

 

14–7 days before the flight:

50% refund or 75% credit for future booking.

 

Less than 7 days before the flight:

No refund; rescheduling may be offered subject to slot availability.

 

No-show on the day of the flight:

No refund or credit.

 

2.2 Learn to Fly Programs (Private Pilot License, FLEX PPL, PHPL)

Registration fee / onboarding fee is non-refundable.

Flying hours already completed are non-refundable.

 

If a student withdraws:

Unused flying hours (if prepaid) may be refunded after deducting administrative and operational costs.

Any services already delivered cannot be refunded.

 

If a student pauses the program, credit validity is 6 months unless otherwise agreed.

 

FLEX PPL, fee validity is governed by agreement signed during enrolment.

 

2.3 Charter Flights (Helicopter | Turboprop | Jet)

 

Due to high operational costs and aircraft allocation:

 

More than 72 hours before departure:

50% refund OR full credit for future charter

 

Less than 72 hours before departure:

No refund

 

No-show:

Full fare is forfeited

 

Any special permits, airport fees, crew standby costs already incurred are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Cancellation by priAviate

 

We may reschedule or cancel a flight due to:

 

Weather conditions

 

Airspace restrictions

 

Regulatory orders

 

Technical requirements

 

Safety considerations

 

If priAviate cancels the flight:

 

You may choose between:

 

Full refund, or

 

100% credit towards another date or experience

 

Refunds are not applicable when cancellation is due to incomplete documents, late arrival, or customer non-compliance.

 

 

4. Rescheduling

Experience flights:

 

Allowed once at no additional cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and may attract a fee.

 

PPL Programs:

 

Scheduling depends on aircraft and instructor availability.

 

Missed sessions may not be replaced free of cost.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

 

International refunds may take longer depending on banking channels.

 

priAviate is not responsible for currency exchange differences or bank charges.

 

 

6. Special Cases

6.1 Medical emergencies

 

Supporting documents must be provided. Refunds or credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

 

6.2 Group bookings or corporate events

 

Separate terms may apply based on custom arrangements.
